Promote local purchasing for recyclers to boost circular economy

As part of the review of Bill 65 (An Act to amend mainly the Environment Quality Act with respect to deposits and selective collection) by the Transportation and Environment Committee on February 18, the FCCQ, of which Pyrowave is a member, submitted a brief including one of the recommendations submitted by Pyrowave to boost the local circular economy, i.e. to include, in calls for tenders, a criterion designed to promote local purchasing for recyclers and processors who wish to source recycled materials in Quebec (in French only).
